Greetings bookish friends!
I was tagged to do the 7 Favorite Things by Olivia from Purely Olivia, who by the way is totally awesome. I technically wasn’t tagged for this, but I asked her if I can do it and she said yes. This is kind of late and should have not procrastinated and posted this earlier, but whatever. Enjoy!
⭐︎Rules⭐︎
- Link back to and thank the person that tagged you. Thanks, Olivia
- Link back to and thank the blogger who began the tag. Thank you so much, Beth!
- List and picture at least seven of your favorite things.
- Tag at least seven people, which I will do at the end of my post.
- List the seven rules
- I don’t have all of them
- There we go

💛Day-Dreaming💛
This one is kind of cheesy, but whatever! Daydreaming is enjoyable and a great way to get good ideas.
You get idea from daydreaming. You get ideas from being bored. You get ideas all the time.
The only difference between writers and other people is we notice when we’re doing it.

🍫Chocolate-Covered Bananas🍫
They’re just so good, OK?

📝Poetry + Writing📝
As many of you already know, I am not only an avid reader, but a writer. One of my favorite types of writing is poetry. Although I rarely write poetry, I think it is beautiful.

🌎Globes🌎
Globes may seem like a random, insignificant household object, but oh boy, you’re wrong. Globes tell the story of the earth. It’s lakes, mountains, oceans, deserts, you name it. It is a tangible display of humanity’s regime on planet earth and a precise graph of existence and space. Wow, I am such an intelligent, observant scholar. You can find the timezone of a certain location in comparison to another. And, one can even see the center of the world.*
Also, it spins.

*Fun Fact: The center of the world is where the Equator and the Prime-Meridian meet, off the coast of West Africa
🌿Plants🌿
Person: Globes and poetry? And now plants? Wow, Katie needs to get out more no offense…
Me: Excuse me? Globes are awesome, poetry is beautifully artistic, and plants are amazing.
Person: *Coughs in spite of all the smoke because oooooof they got roasted so hard by Katie That Bookish Girl herself. Call 911, the world is on fire. 🔥
Just kidding, that wasn’t a roast, but globes, poetry, and plants are superb. First of all, plants are great for maintaining and keeping safe, refreshing, air quality levels in your home. Plants are also decorative and look good on a desk or a table. Not only that, but plants require little attention and care. All that is needed is a small amount of water every day, depending on what type of plant you are purchasing.

I have a houseplant on my desk named Josephine (yes, I name my plants 😂) and I really enjoy having her.
📺The Office📺
This one should be pretty obvious because I used a little bit of foreshadowing expressing my love for The Office a GIF ago.
My favorite character is, without a doubt, Pam Beesely.
Also Jim and Pam are sooooooooo perfect together. Whenever they’re on-screen together, my inner fangirl swoons inside.

💻Blogging💻
I love blogging so much and think it is a great way to express yourself through writing and get recognition and feedback for your work. Also, the blogging community is so supportive, accepting, and kind.
Thank you to all the wonderful bloggers out there who make the blogosphere such a positive place.

Rhi // Starling // Aditi // Emily // Bayance // Clara // Rose
All these bloggers and awesome and I love their posts. Don’t feel pressured to do the tag if you don’t want to! If you haven’t been tagged, but you would like to participate, leave me a comment and I’ll add you on.
Do you like globes? Is poetry worthwhile? Are you imaginative? What are some of your favorite things? Do you prefer Nutella or chocolate? Let me know in the comments.
Keep On Booking,
🌸Katie K🌸
Globes YES! All maps for that matter. Josephine is lucky to have you. I think plants may cry when they realize they are at my house.
